• Ideal Industry 30-365 connectors/twisters, purple, are required by our insurance company.  
• Even if an electrician tells you there are other parts “just as good,” “better” or “cheaper,” if everyone doesn’t use the insurance approved products, we have been advised that we will not pass the inspection and the entire community will be at risk for losing our insurance coverage.
• Also, your electrician must provide to the Fairfield Oaks office his:

1. licensure
2. insurance and
3. verification that the above product was used
